A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1957.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10·2 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 14039, being part Rural Section 34088.
Situated in Block III, Ellesmere Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 9089.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152496 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for municipal buildings and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Takapuna as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1957.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robert Gould Hunter-Weston, of Lake Tekapo, station manager, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 428, folio 96, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 roods 12·4 perches, situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 36738; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150715 (S.O. 8776) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
