A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1957.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3·6 perches.
Being closed road adjoining road adjoining Section 95, Village of Taupiri.
Situated in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37654.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150492 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of January 1957.
