Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in Block VI, Hinds Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1957.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods.
Being Reserve 4879.
Situated in Block VI, Hinds Survey District, Town of Hinds, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8995.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152453 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of January 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1957.

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the Canterbury Land District situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

1 2 36·7 Part Block III, Tekapo Village; coloured orange on plan.

0 2 12·4 Part Rural Section 36738; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150715 (S.O. 8776) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of January 1957.
