Station 27 (Taumatanui); thence again north-westerly to a point on the north-western boundary of Section 1, Block IV, Mangatoro Survey District, where that boundary intersects a right line between the aforesaid Trig. Station 27 and the south-western corner of Lot 3 on Deeds Plan numbered 349 lodged in the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier; thence northeasterly along that boundary to and down the middle of the Mangawhero Stream to and up the middle of the Mangatepai Stream to and up a tributary stream forming part of the south-eastern boundary of Block 56, Porangahau Crown Grant District, and thence continuing north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Block 56 to its intersection with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 7025 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-westerly along that boundary and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 1 to the centre line of a proposed road shown as Lot 4 on Deeds Plan numbered 636 lodged as aforesaid; thence north-westerly generally along the middle line of that proposed road to and along the middle of Ngawaka Road to and along the middle of a road shown coloured green on the plan numbered 402 (green) lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier to the middle of the Taurackaitai Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Block 34, Porangahau Crown Grant District; thence northerly along that boundary, including the crossing of the Wallingford Hatuma Road, and its production to the middle of the Purimu Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of former Lot 26 on Deeds Plan numbered 52A lodged as aforesaid; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 27 on the said Deeds Plan numbered 52A; thence north-easterly along that boundary and the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 23 and 21 on the said Deeds Plan numbered 52A to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned Lot 21; thence easterly along the northern boundaries of Lot 20 on the Deeds Plan numbered 52A lodged as aforesaid and of Lot 9 on the Deeds Plan numbered 52 lodged as aforesaid and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the western boundary of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 2762 deposited as aforesaid; thence southerly along that boundary and easterly generally along the southern boundaries of the said Lot 1, of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 3797 deposited as aforesaid, of Lot 1 on the plan numbered 2761 deposited as aforesaid, and of Lot 2 on the plan numbered 8284 deposited as aforesaid to the south-western boundary of the Tarawera Crown Grant District; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the north-western side of Hiranui Road; thence north-easterly and south-easterly generally along the north-western and north-eastern sides of that road and passing through Section 12, Block IX, Pourerere Survey District, to the south-western boundary of the said Section 12; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the southernmost corner of the said Section 12, being also a point on the boundary of Pourerere Riding herein described; thence south-easterly generally along the south-western boundary of that riding to the sea coast; thence south-westerly generally along the sea coast to and across the mouth of the Porangahau River to the right bank of that river; thence up that bank to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Porangahau Suburban Section 25, being the point of commencement.
