Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the principal, interest, and other charges on a loan of £110,000 authorised to be raised under the above-mentioned Act, the Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seven pence and one half-penny in the pound (7½d. in £1) upon the rateable value (upon the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Wainuiomata Special Rating Area No. 56 (all such area being portion of the Wainuiomata Riding, County of Hutt, affected by the Wainuiomata Sewerage Reticulation Loan 1954, £110,000), comprising:
All that area in the Hutt County, Wellington Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Lot 64 on plan numbered 16256 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, being part Section 2, Lowry Bay District, situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly and south-easterly along the boundaries of the said plan numbered 16256 to the western boundary of Lot 1 on plan numbered 12224 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-easterly and south-easterly along the boundaries of the said plan numbered 12224 to the north-eastern corner of Lot 9 on the said plan numbered 12224; thence south-easterly and north-easterly generally along the north-western boundary of the plan numbered 16256 aforesaid to a point in line with the western boundary of the plan numbered 17210 deposited as aforesaid; thence south-westerly along the north-western side of the said road, to the junction of the said road with the Wainuiomata Road; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Lot 122 on plan numbered 12424 deposited as aforesaid, to the south-western boundary of Section 8, Lowry Bay District; thence westerly along the southern boundary of the said plan numbered 14976 to the south-western corner of Lot 13 on the said plan numbered 14976, and continuing in the same line for a further 5 chains; thence changing direction by 40 degrees in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 10½ chains; thence changing direction by 90 degrees in a north-easterly direction to the western boundary of the plan numbered 14178 deposited as aforesaid; thence northerly generally along the western boundary of the said plan numbered 14178 to the southern corner of Lot 10 on plan numbered 12424 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the western boundary of the said plan numbered 12424 to the southern corner of Lot 61 on plan numbered 16818 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-westerly generally and easterly along the western and northern boundary of the said plan numbered 16818; thence northerly by a right line across the Lower Hutt - Wainuiomata Main Highway to the southern-most corner of Lot 55 on plan numbered 16256 aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern side of the said main highway to the south-western corner of Lot 64 on the said plan numbered 16256, being part Section 2, Lowry Bay District, situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, and being the point of commencement; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
