NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court of New Zealand was on the 30th day of January 1957 presented to the said Court by Leslie Briggs, of Thames, decorator; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 22nd day of February 1957 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.
