Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School and for a Police Station in Block X, Tangitu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school, and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
FOR A PUBLIC SCHOOL
All that piece of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District, containing 24.3 perches, being Section 17, Block X, Tangitu Survey District, Taranaki R.D.; as shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth under No. 8678, and thereon edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
FOR A POLICE STATION
All that piece of Crown land in the Taranaki Land District, containing 28.3 perches, being Section 15, Block X, Tangitu Survey District, Taranaki R.D.; as shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth under No. 8678, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of February 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Waitaki River Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1957.

All those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Pukaki Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

All that piece of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing 1 rood, situated in the Borough of Wairoa, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Town Section 195, Town of Clyde. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 96, folio 175, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that portion of public reserve in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre 1 rood 6 perches, being part Reserve 4210, situated in Block IX, Pukaki Survey District, Canterbury R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152586 (S.O. 8112) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of January 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 71 of the Fire Services Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a fire station and shall vest in the Christchurch Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1957.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing 1 rood 24 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 975, being part Rural Section 15837. All certificates of title, Volume 183, folio 83, and Volume 222, folio 184, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of February 1957.
