A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Blocks VI and X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

0 1 20 Lot 16, D.P. 17073, being part Rural Section 1336. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 345, folio 202, Canterbury Land Registry.
0 2 3·2 Lots 2, 15, and 27, D.P. 18929, being part Rural Sections 436 and 546. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 197, folio 111, Canterbury Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District, containing 2 acres 2 roods, situated in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, Auckland R.D., being closed road adjoining or passing through Kaitao Rotohokahoka 3A 2, 3A 3, and 3B 4 Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152121 (S.O. 37904) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of February 1957.

Kaniere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of February 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of Crown land in the Westland Land District containing 2 roods 33·6 perches, situated in Block V, Kaniere Survey District, Westland R.D., being Reserve 2003; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152569 (S.O. 4753) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of January 1957.
