“13A (1) In every case where any member is to be elected
by the members of the school committees of the public schools
to which paragraph (e) of clause 2 of the Onslow College
Board of Governors Order 1956 applies, every such member
shall be so elected by postal ballot in a manner approved by
the Director of Education.

“(2) The first such election shall be held not later than the
first week of the month of February in the year 1957, and
such an election shall be held in the first week of the month
of May in the year 1959 and in every alternate year thereafter,
or as soon thereafter as may be convenient on a date to be
fixed by the Board. For the purposes of every such election
the Secretary of the Board shall be the returning officer.”

Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of
the Reservation Over the Said Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Christchurch
City and Suburban Domain described in the Schedule hereto
shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the
Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a
recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and
further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over
the said land.
