Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being part of the land in Proclamations Nos. 9042 and 9043, Auckland Land Registry, excepting thereout the land in Proclamation No. S. 48640, Auckland Land Registry, being the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 14th day of January 1957.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 29th day of October 1956, subject as to Lots 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 30, 31, 33, and 34, D.P. 44010, to the building-line restriction imposed by K. 58217, Auckland Land Registry, and as to Lots 6, 10, 11, 14, 19, 21, 24, 26, 30, and 31, D.P. 44010, to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 580859, Auckland Land Registry.
