SECOND SCHEDULE
DUES AND RATES
Every person using the said boat slip shall pay to the trustees
for the use of same the following charges:
For the first twenty-four hours or part thereof, for
each vessel
For the first three days or part thereof, for each
vessel
For one week, for each vessel
For every additional day after the first week per
day or part of a day, for each vessel
- Every person applying to use the said boat slip shall pay
such charges to the trustees before launching his vessel
therefrom. - No person shall haul up on or launch crafts from the
said boat slip without the authority of the trustees. - No person shall haul up or launch crafts at any time
other than during ordinary working hours. - Any person committing a breach of these regulations
shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding
Β£20.
