1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:

Adjoining or passing through Section 22; coloured green.
Situated in Block I, Town of Ranfurly, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12288.)
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152319 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
