Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed and Added to Reserves, in Blocks VIII and XII, Cape Survey District, Egmont County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim and declare that the road first described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the reserve first described in the Third Schedule hereto, and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule is hereby closed and added to the reserve secondly described in the said Third Schedule.

THIRD SCHEDULE

All that area in the Taranaki Land District, Egmont County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 28 perches, more or less, being Section 24, Block VIII, Cape Survey District.

Also all that area in the said land district and county containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Section 61, Block XII, Cape Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1956.
