A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State
housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes
(residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 39·47
perches.

Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District. Part certificate of

hereto, held by the Public Trustee, under and by virtue of
memorandum of lease No. 24375, Wellington Land Registry,
is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day
of December 1956.
