Hunua Survey District, and a straight line to the northernmost
corner of Section 4, Block XIII, Kaitieke Survey District;
thence along the north-western boundary of the said Section 4
and its production to the middle of the Maungaroa Road;
thence south-easterly along the middle of that road to a point
in line with the northern boundary of Block IV, Whirinaki
Survey District; thence to and along the northern boundaries
of Blocks IV, III, II, and I and the production thereof to the
middle of the Wanganui River; thence generally in a north-
easterly direction up the middle of the Wanganui River to its
confluence with the Ohura River; thence north-westerly gener-
ally up the Ohura River to its intersection with the 39th
parallel of south latitude; thence along the 39th parallel to a
point in line with the western boundary of Block XVI, Waro
Survey District; thence along a straight line to the western
boundary of the said Block XVI and up that boundary to the
confiscation boundary line; thence along that line to the Tanga-
rakau Stream; thence along that stream and along the Waitaanga
Stream to the Kotare Road at the southern boundary of Sec-
tion 2, Block VII, Waro Survey District; thence along the
middle of Kotare Road to and along the southern boundaries
of Section 1, Block VII, and Section 3, Block VI, Waro Survey
District, to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence along the western boundaries of Sections 3, 4,
5, and 6, Block VI aforesaid, to the north-western corner of
the said Section 6; thence along the northern boundary of the
said Section 6 to the Mohakatino Road at its north-eastern
corner; thence along the said Mohakatino Road to a stream
intersecting the Mohakatino-Parininihi No. 1D Block; thence
down that stream to its confluence with the Mohakatino Stream,
near the westernmost corner of Section 1, Block III, Waro Sur-
vey District; thence up the Mohakatino Stream and along the
northern boundary of Section 3, Block III aforesaid, to Trig.
Station Tauwhitiraupeka; thence along the western boundary
of the Mokau-Mohakatino No. 1H Block and its production to
the middle of the Mokau River; thence up the middle of that
river to its confluence with the Panirau Stream; thence up the
middle of that stream to the western boundary of Aria Survey
District; thence northerly along that boundary to the south-
western corner of Section 11, Block V, Aria Survey District;
thence along the southern and eastern boundaries of the said
Section 11 to the south-western corner of Section 2, Block V,
Aria Survey District; thence along the southern boundary
of the said Section 2 and the southern boundary of Section 3
of the aforesaid block to its easternmost corner; thence along
the western and southern boundaries of Section 8, Block V,
Aria Survey District, to the Waitewhena Road; thence across
and along that road to the south-western corner of Section 6,
Block VI, Aria Survey District; thence along the southern
boundary of Section 6, the western, southern, and eastern
boundaries of Section 9, and the generally eastern boundaries
of Sections 16 and 10, all of Block VI, Aria Survey District;
thence along the south-western, southern, and eastern boun-
daries of Section 7, Block III, Aria Survey District, to the
Mokau-Ohura road; thence across that road and along the
southern boundary of Section 10, Block III, Aria Survey Dis-
trict, to the western boundary of Section 12 of the aforesaid
block; thence along the western, southern, and eastern boun-
daries of the said Section 12 and the south-eastern boundary
of the aforesaid Section 10 to the western boundary of
Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 61D Section 2B Block; thence southerly
along the western boundary of the aforesaid block and along
the western boundary of Section 7, Block IV, Aria Survey
District, to the southern boundary of the aforesaid block;
thence along the generally southern boundary of the said
Block IV, the generally southern boundary of Block I, Tangitu
Survey District, to the southernmost corner of Section 35,
Block I, Tangitu Survey District; then along the production
of the south-western boundary of the said Section 35 to the
middle of Hiwi Road; thence along the middle of the Hiwi
and Mapiu Roads to the intersection with Waitataura Road;
thence south-easterly along a straight line to Trig. Station Z
(Kopuha) in Block XIIIA, Ongarue Survey District; thence
north-easterly along a straight line to Trig. Station 1394
(Pukemako) in Block V, Hurakaia Survey District; thence along
a straight line to the source of the Ongarua River, being the
point of commencement.

Declaring Land in Otago Land District, Vested in the Otago
Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be
Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, by subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), it
is provided that, notwithstanding anything contained in any
other Act, the Governor-General may from time to time, by
Proclamation, declare that any school site or part of a school
site which in his opinion is no longer required for that
purpose shall be vested in Her Majesty, and thereupon the
school site or part thereof, as the case may be, shall vest in
Her Majesty, freed and discharged from every educational
trust affecting the same but subject to all leases, encum-
brances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date of
the Proclamation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of
the said Act, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby
Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board
as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty
the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational
trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encum-
brances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date
hereof.

LOT 4, D.P. 8647, being part Section 1, Block XLVI, Town of
Wanaka: Area, 2 roods 10·9 perches, more or less. Part

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
3 roods 3·7 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 16317, being part Reserve 1125.
Situated in Block XVI, Otaio Survey District, Canter-

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a
public school, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 24th day of December 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 3 acres 1
rood 14 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 1313, being part Section 43, Block I,
Ngaere Survey District.
