HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Hamilton City Council proposes to execute certain public works, to wit, the formation of streets, for which purpose the lands described in the schedule hereto require to be taken by the Hamilton City Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, sections 22 and 23.
A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the office of the Hamilton City Council, Alma Street, Hamilton.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing to the Hamilton City Council within forty days from the date of the first publication of this notice.

- 2.3 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 15, Deposited Plan 28674, and being part of the land included in certificate of title, Volume 1001, folio 86, Auckland Registry, coloured blue.
- 2 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 16, Deposited Plan 28674, and being part of the land included in certificate of title, Volume 844, folio 1, Auckland Registry, coloured sepia.
- 2 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 17, Deposited Plan 28674, and being part of the land included in certificate of title, Volume 727, folio 93, Auckland Registry, coloured yellow.
- 2.6 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 2, Deposited Plan 29126, and being part of the land included in certificate of title, Volume 873, folio 193, Auckland Registry, coloured blue.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and their respective amendments.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely, for water supply purposes in the Hutt County, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the First Schedule hereto and the substratum rights of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said council in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.FIRST SCHEDULE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Stratford County Council at its meeting held on the 19th day of August 1955 has resolved to prepare for the Stratford County a district scheme in two parts as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, as follows:
- The rural sections (being the major part of the county) including two special areas, viz., Toko and the Midhirst County Town.
- The extra-urban section (being the area adjacent to the Stratford Borough).
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked "Stratford County District Scheme" should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the County Clerk's office on or before 10 April 1956.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Marlborough County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a public works (namely, a water-supply scheme for the Waikawa Pa); and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk of the above council, situated in Queen Street, Blenheim, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any well-grounded objections thereto must state their objections in writing, and lodge the same at the office of the County Clerk within forty days from the date of publication of this notice.SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Marlborough Land District containing 305 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being part Section 2c 2, Waikawa Maori Block, situated in Block XI, Arapawa Survey District, and Block XII, Linkwater Survey District, more particularly shown coloured blue on S.O.
