Also all that area in the South Auckland Land District
bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block IX,
Cambridge Survey District, being the north-eastern corner of
part Lot 2, D.P. 29023; being part Allotment 2, Hautapu
Parish, and running easterly along the southern boundary of
Allotment 18 of that parish to and southerly along the western
boundary of the Borough of Cambridge as described in
Gazette, No. 43, of the 19th day of August 1886, page 985,
to and westerly down the right bank of the Waikato River
to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 160 of the afore-
said parish; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of
that allotment and along a right line, being that boundary
produced to a point 3 chains distant from and at right angles
to the northern side of the Hamilton-Rotorua State High-
way; thence easterly along a right line parallel to and 3 chains
distant from that northern side to and again northerly along
the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 29023, being part Allot-
ment 2 of the aforementioned parish, to the point of com-
mencement.

WAIKATO COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME--SECTION 6:
NGARUAWAHI
All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point in Block VII, Newcastle
Survey District, being the northernmost corner of Lot 44,
D.P. 7762, being part Section 150, Suburbs of Newcastle, and
running north-easterly along the south-eastern side of the
Auckland-Hamilton State Highway to a point at right angles
to and 3 chains distant north-easterly from the north-eastern
side of Starrs Road; thence south-easterly along a right line
parallel to and 3 chains distant from the aforesaid north-
eastern side, to and south-westerly along the north-western
boundary of Allotment 241, Komakorau Parish, and along a
right line across River Road to and along the north-western
boundary of Section 218, Suburbs of Newcastle, and along
another right line, being that boundary produced to the
middle of the Waikato River, being the western boundary of
the Waikato County as described in Gazette, No. 62, of the
27th day of October 1949, page 2501; thence north-westerly
along that County boundary to and north-easterly and then
north-westerly along the south-eastern and north-eastern
boundaries of the Borough of Ngaruawahia as described in
Gazette, No. 18, of the 17th day of February 1921, page 501,
to the point of commencement.

WAIKATO COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME--SECTION 7: TAUPIRI
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point in Block IV, Newcastle
Survey District, being the intersection of the right bank of
the Waikato River and the left bank of the Mangawara
Stream, and running generally south-easterly up that left bank
and the left bank of the Komakorau River to the north-
western corner of Allotment 242, Komakorau Parish; thence
southerly along the western boundary of that Allotment 242,
the western boundaries of part Allotment 217, closed road,
and part Lot 1, D.P. 15763, being part of the said Allotment
217, the aforesaid allotments being of the said parish, to a
point 4 chains distant from and at right angles to the southern
boundary of part Lot 1, L.T. Plan 11709, being part Allotment
209 of the aforesaid parish; thence westerly along a right line
crossing the intervening Lot 3, D.P. 21641, being parts Allot-
ments 209 and 222 and of the aforesaid parish, and the North
Island Main Trunk Railway to a point on the western side of
that railway at right angles to and 3 chains distant from the
northern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 21641 aforesaid; thence
southerly along the western side of the North Island Main
Trunk Railway aforesaid to the north-eastern boundary of
Allotment 206 of the aforesaid parish; thence north-westerly
along that north-eastern boundary crossing the Auckland-
Hamilton State Highway, to and north-easterly down the
right bank of the Waikato River to the point of commence-
ment.

Approval of Testing Officer Under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1940
Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations
1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person
named in column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being a testing
officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in
column 1 of the said Schedule.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles in Terms of
the Traffic Regulations 1936
Pursuant to clause (26) of regulation 7 and clause (10) of
regulation 16 of the Traffic Regulations 1936,* the Minister of
Transport hereby approves for the purposes of the said regula-
tions red reflectors of the make and type described in the
Schedule hereto.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister
of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of
clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as
they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not
apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof
the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the
Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade
motor in the course of his employment for the employer
described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not
authorise him, while he is under the age of eighteen years, to
drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.
