deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the
Land Act 1948 as from the 16th day of February 1955,
subject as to the land described in the said Second Schedule
to the building-line restriction imposed by X. 17432, Otago
Land Registry, and subject as to the land described in the
said Third Schedule to the building-line restriction imposed
by X. 17608, Otago Land Registry, and subject as to the land
described in the said Fourth Schedule to the building-line
restriction imposed by X. 17601, Otago Land Registry; and
also hereby declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule
hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the
purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 30th day of May
