Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Waimairi County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for utility and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi, in trust, for the purpose of utility.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Waimarino Agricultural, Pastoral, Horticultural, and Industrial Association (Incorporated)

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for police purposes to a reserve for a showground and further, vests the said reserve in the Waimarino Agricultural, Pastoral, Horticultural, and Industrial Association (Incorporated), in trust, without power of sale, for the purpose of a showground.
