At the Government House at Wellington this 28th day of November 1956
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Maungakawa Survey District, Piako County, commencing at the south-western corner of Section 8 of the aforesaid Block VII, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 10 chains and terminating at the southernmost corner of the aforesaid Section 8. (S.O. 35418.)
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152136 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Donald Ian MacDonald, of Hanmer Springs, secretary, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 465, folio 18, Canterbury Land Registry, being taken for a war memorial.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Te Puke Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 152094 referred to in the Schedule hereto within a distance of 15 ft. from the side lines of the said street.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Christchurch City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan referred to in the said Schedule as P.W.D. 152110 within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre line of the said street.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at widths for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 42 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the subdivision of land shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 152015 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 15 ft. from the side lines of the said street.
