Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Kaikoura County Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a county depot, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kaikoura, in trust, for the purpose of a county depot.

Revoking a Warrant Excluding Portion of a Road from Limitation as to Speed and Excluding Portion of a Road from the Speed Limitation Imposed by the Transport Act 1949, Section 36
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes that Warrant dated the 13th day of December 1949* which applies to streets situated within Wellington City and in that part of Wellington City formerly being Johnsonville Town District, and hereby excludes the street described in the Schedule hereto from the limitation as to speed imposed by the said section.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Driving School of Instruction for Motor Cycle Drivers
