PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject to the pipeline easement created by memorandum of
transfer No. 256470, Wellington Land Registry, for post and
telegraph purposes (residence); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of
November 1956.

perch.

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that

(Westland Land Registry), is hereby taken for post and tele-
graph purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of
November 1956.
