A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the rights of way created by transfers No. S. 98405, No. S. 94668, and No. S. 95533, and subject to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. S. 59389, and together with the benefit of the right of way reserved by transfer No. S. 95533 (Auckland Land Registry), for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1956.
