A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of November 1956.
