parts Allotments 123, 59, and 60, the western boundaries of
another part of Allotment 60, crossing an intervening public
road, the western boundaries of Allotment 242 and another
part of Allotment 60, the aforesaid allotments all being of
the Parish of Waipa, to the shores of the Whaingaroa Har-
bour; thence westerly generally along those shores to and
northerly along the western boundary of the Raglan County
as described in Gazette, No. 57, of the 28th day of August
1952, page 1410, to the point of commencement.

WHANGAPE RIDING

All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waikato
River in Block XIV, Maramarua Survey District, due east
of the junction of the left bank of the said river with the left
bank of the Opuatia Stream and running generally southerly
along the western boundary of the Raglan County as described
in Gazette, No. 57, of the 28th day of August 1952, page
1410, to a point in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, in line
with the northern boundary of part Allotment 17B, Whangape
Parish; thence generally south-westerly along a right line to
and along the northern and western boundaries of that part
Allotment 17B to a point in line with the north-western boun-
dary of Allotment 17; thence along a right line to and along
that north-western boundary and the northern boundaries of
Allotments 17C 2B and part 68, and the northern and western
boundaries of Allotment 80, the aforesaid allotments being
of the said Whangape Parish, to and along the eastern and
southern shores of Lake Roto Ngaro to a point bearing 45°
from the south-eastern corner of Lot 2, D.P. 29186, being
part Sections 24, 25, and 26, Block VI, Rangiriri Survey
District; thence along a right line across a public road to and
along the southern boundary of that Lot 2 and along the
western boundary of Section 11, to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Lot 1 of Section 9; thence along a right
line across a public road to and along that northern boundary,
the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 7, the afores-
said sections being of Block VI aforesaid, and along the
eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 28728, being part
Allotment 22, Whangape Parish aforesaid, to and along the
south-eastern shores of Lake Whangape to a point in line
with the western boundary of Lot 2 of Section 1, Block V,
Rangiriri Survey District aforesaid; thence along a right line
across a public road to and along the western boundary of
that Lot 2 and the north-western, south-western, and southern
boundaries of Lot 3 of Section 1 aforesaid, crossing a portion
of Lot 4, D.P. 22852, along the abutment of a public road,
the western and southern boundaries of part Section 6, to a
point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
32106, being part Section 5, the aforesaid sections being of
Block IX of the aforesaid survey district; thence along a right
line to and along that south-western boundary and the south-
western boundary of the land shown on D.P. 23536, being
part Section 5 aforesaid, to and along the north-western and
south-western boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. 31558, being part
Section 4, Block IX aforesaid, and part Allotment 43,
Whangape Parish, the south-western boundary of Lot 2,
D.P. 25772, being part Allotment 43 aforesaid, to and along
the north-western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 32583, being
part Allotments 193, 193B, 193C, 193F, 193H, 193K, 193M,
and 193N, and the north-western boundary of another part of
Allotment 193, the northern boundaries of Allotment 195,
Lot 1 of Allotment 221, Allotments 185 and 186, crossing
an intervening public road, the aforesaid allotments being of
Pepepe Parish, to and along the generally eastern boundaries
of the Te Akau and Port Waikato Ridings hereinbefore
described, to and along the southern and eastern boundaries
of Allotment 107, Whangape Parish, along a right line, being
that boundary produced across a public road to and along
the northern side of that public road which forms the
southern boundaries of Allotments 102 and 101, along the
eastern boundary of Allotment 101 aforesaid, and along the
southern and south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 90, the
said allotments being of Whangape Parish, along the south-
ern boundaries of Opuatia Nos. 5C 2A, 5C 2B, and 4 No. 48
Blocks, the south-western and southern boundaries of Lot 2,
D.P. 12343, being part Opuatia No. 4 No. 48 Block, and
the south-eastern boundary of the land shown on D.P. 1892,

down the left bank of the Mangatea Stream and the left

PUKEMIRO RIDING

All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waikato
River in Block III, Rangiriri Survey District, in line with
the southern boundary of Allotment 17A 1, Whangape
Parish, and running generally southerly along the eastern
boundary of the Raglan County as described in Gazette,
No. 57, of the 28th day of August 1952, page 1410, to a
point in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District, in line with
the north-western boundary of Allotment 2A, Pepepe Parish;
thence along a right line to and along the north-western
and south-western boundaries of that allotment, the south-
western boundaries of Allotment 2B, the western boundaries
of Lot 2, D.P. 10012, being part Allotments 4 and 5, of
Lot 1, D.P. 10012 aforesaid, being part Allotment 5 and of
Lot 5, D.P. 23117, being part Allotments 6, 7, and 101,
crossing an intervening public road, along the north-eastern,
north-western, and western boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 23117
aforesaid, being part Allotments 101 and 102, the north-
western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 23117 aforesaid, being
part Allotments 102, 103, and 104, the north-western boun-
daries of an area of Crown land, Church Mission land,
Allotments 105B 1, 105B 2, and 105A, the northern and western
boundaries of Allotment 107, the western boundaries of
Allotments 108, 120, 121, 122, and 123, the aforesaid
allotments being of Pepepe Parish aforesaid, to the
northern boundary of Allotment 44, Waipa Parish, in Block
VII, Newcastle Survey District; thence generally westerly
along that northern boundary and the northern boundaries of
Allotments 27, 300, part N 220, and 217 of the Parish of
Waipa, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
S. 185, and part Lot 14, D.P. 1279, both being parts Allotment
166, Pepepe Parish aforesaid, and along a right line,
being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the northern
side of the public road which forms the northern boundary
of part Lot 14, D.P. 1279 aforesaid, and the northern boun-
dary of Lot 7, D.P. 3071, being part Allotment 166 aforesaid;
thence along that roadside to and along the northern side of
the Ngaruawahia-Waingaro Main Highway, the Waingaro-
Rotowaro road, and Otorohaea Road, to a point in line with
the northern boundary of Section 2, Block I, Newcastle Survey
District; thence along a right line to and along the northern
boundary of that Section 2, to and along the eastern and
northern boundaries of Lot 11, D.P. 1280, being part Allot-
ment 166, Pepepe Parish, the eastern and northern boundaries
of Allotment 199, and the eastern boundaries of Allotments
222 and 195, Pepepe Parish aforesaid, crossing an intervening
public road to and north-easterly along the generally south-
eastern boundary of the Whangape Riding hereinbefore de-
scribed to the point of commencement.

ONEWHERE RIDING

All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point in Block VIII, Onewhero
Survey District, on the left bank of the Waikato River in line
with the south-western boundary of Allotment 177, Onewhero
Parish, and running south-easterly along the generally northern
boundary of the Raglan County as described in Gazette No.
57, of the 28th day of August 1952, page 1410, to a point in
line with the north-western boundary of Lot 2 of Allotment
75 of the aforesaid parish; thence southerly along a right line
to and along that north-western boundary and the north-
western boundary of Allotment 76A and the north-western and
south-western boundaries of Allotment 76B, crossing an inter-
vening public road, the south-western boundary of Allotment
77A, along the western side of the public road which forms the
north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 15938, being part
Allotment 158, to a point in line with the western boundary
of the said Lot 1, and along a right line to and along that
western boundary, the western boundary of Opuatia Nos. 8A
and S.W. 8A Blocks as shown on D.P. 2662, crossing two
intervening public roads, along the northern and western
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 25265, being Sections 3, 18, and
part 11, Block XII, Onewhero Survey District, the generally
western boundary of Section 11, Block XVI, of the aforesaid
survey district, and along a right line, being that boundary
produced to and down the left bank of the Opuatia Stream
to and westerly along the northern boundary of the Whangape
Riding and then northerly and north-easterly along the eastern
boundary of the Port Waikato Riding as hereinbefore described
to the point of commencement.

PUKEKAWA RIDING

All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the
Waikato River in Block VIII, Onewhero Survey District, in
line with the eastern boundary of part Allotment 95, One-
where Parish, and running generally easterly and south-
erly along the generally north-eastern boundary of
the Raglan County as described in Gazette, No. 57,
of the 28th day of August 1952, page 1410, to and generally
westerly along the northern boundary of the Whangape Riding
and then northerly along the eastern boundary of the One-
where Riding as hereinbefore described to the point of
commencement.
