Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Special Order Made by Raglan County Council Altering Riding Boundaries
PURSUANT to section 100 of the Counties Act 1920 as amended by section 3 of the Counties Amendment Act 1921–22, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby publishes the following special order made by the Raglan County Council and fixes the 1st day of November 1956 as the date on which the said special order shall take effect.

SPECIAL ORDER
IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 23, Counties Act 1920, the Raglan County Council resolves by way of special order as follows:
(1) That the present boundaries of the Port Waikato and Whangape Ridings be altered by the transfer of an area from the Whangape Riding to the Port Waikato Riding.
(2) That the present boundaries of the Pukemiro and Whangape Ridings be altered by the transfer of an area from the Whangape Riding to the Pukemiro Riding.
(3) That the present boundaries of the Te Akau and Whangape Ridings be altered by the transfer of an area from the Whangape Riding to the Te Akau Riding.
(4) That the present boundaries of the Onewhero and Whangape Ridings be altered by the transfer of an area from the Onewhero Riding to the Whangape Riding.
(5) That the present boundaries of the Onewhero and Pukekawa Ridings be altered by the transfer of an area from the Pukekawa Riding to the Onewhero Riding, and an area from the Onewhero Riding to the Pukekawa Riding.
(6) That the alterations hereby made shall take effect as from the 1st day of November 1956.

PORT WAIKATO RIDING
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the left bank of the Waikato River in Block VIII, Onewhero Survey District, in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 69, Onewhero Parish, and running generally south-westerly along a right line to and along that boundary and along the northern and western boundaries of Allotment 170, along the northern side of a public road forming the southern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 14009, and the land shown on D.P. 13114, being parts Allotment 171, and the southern boundaries of Allotment 172, to a point in line with the western boundary of Allotment N.W. 173, and along a right line across that road to and along that western boundary, the northern and north-western boundaries of part Allotment 13, the north-western boundaries of Allotment 51, again part Allotment 13, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. S.2913, being part Allotment 13 aforesaid, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 11, the aforesaid allotments being of Onewhero Parish aforesaid; thence along a right line across a public road to and along that north-western boundary, along the north-western boundaries of Allotment 10, the northern and western boundaries of the land shown on D.P. 2877, being Allotments 8 and 9, the western boundary of Allotment 14, along a right line across a public road to and along the western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 27921, being Allotments 15, 5, and 3, and part Allotment 6, the aforesaid allotments being of the aforementioned parish, and along the western and southern boundaries of Opuatia No. 11c 5 Block and the southern boundary of Opuatia No. 11c 6 Block to and along the western boundary of Opuatia No. 11c 7 Block, the northern boundaries of Opuatia Nos. 6B, 6D 5, and 6c 1 Blocks, the northern boundaries of Sections 3, 2, and 1, Block X, Onewhero Survey District, Section 7, Block IX, of the aforesaid survey district, the north-western and south-western boundaries of Section 6, Block IX aforesaid, and along a right line, being that last-mentioned boundary produced to the southern side of a public road; thence along that roadside to and along the western and southern boundaries of Section 10, Block IX aforesaid, the western boundary of Section 1, Block XIV, of the last-mentioned survey district, to and along the northern side of a public road which forms the southern boundary of Section 6, Block XIII, Onewhero Survey District, to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 5, Block XIII aforesaid; thence along a right line to and along that western boundary, the northern and western boundaries of part Lot 2, D.P. 13861, being parts Putataka Nos. 1B and 1A Blocks, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the southern side of a public road; thence along the southern side of that road to and south-easterly along the western boundaries of Allotments 106 and 109, the western and southern boundaries of Allotment 114, and the western and southern boundaries of Allotment 107, the said allotments being of Whangape Parish, to and along the generally western boundaries of Sections 2, 3, 8, and 9, Block VI, Awaroa Survey District, crossing an intervening public road, along the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S.3987, being parts Sections 2, 8, 8A, 9, 9A, 12, and N.W. 20, along the southern boundaries of another part of Section N.W. 20, to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 19A, all of Block VII, Awaroa Survey District; thence again generally south-westerly along a right line to and along that western boundary, along a right line, being the southern boundary of Section 19A aforesaid produced across a public road to and along the northern and generally north-western boundaries of Allotment N.W. 126 of the aforesaid Whangape Parish, the western boundary of Allotment 127; the north-western boundaries of Allotments 73 and 76, and again along the north-western boundary of that Allotment 73 of the aforesaid parish to and along the eastern boundary of Te Akau B No. 30c 2 Block, to and along the northern side of the Waikaretu Valley Road, to and along the generally northern boundary of part Te Akau B No. 15B 2 Block to the shores of the Tasman Sea; thence northerly along those shores to and north-easterly up the left bank of the Waikato River, being the western and northern boundaries of the Raglan County as described in Gazette, No. 57, of the 28th day of August 1952, page 1410, to the point of commencement.
TE AKAU RIDING
All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shores of the Tasman Sea is Block XIII, Awaroa Survey District, being the southernmost corner of part Lot 2, D.P. 8199, being part Te Akau B No. 29 Block, and running north-easterly along the southern boundary of the Port Waikato Riding hereinbefore described to the westernmost corner of Allotment 73, Whangape Parish, in Block X, Awaroa Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundaries of that Allotment 73, of Allotments 77, again 73, 74B 1A, 74A 1, 75A, 75B 1, and 75B 3, and the western and southern boundaries of Allotment 75B 4 of the aforesaid parish, to and along the western and southern boundaries of Allotment 201 and along a right line, being that southern boundary produced to and along the north-eastern and north-western sides of the public road which forms the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 208 of the aforesaid parish, to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Allotment 93; thence along a right line across a public road to and along the south-western and southern boundaries of that Allotment 93, the northern boundary of Section 2, Block XV, Awaroa Survey District, the south-western boundary of Allotment 144, and along the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8022, being part Allotment 88, the aforesaid allotments being of Whangape Parish, to and along the western boundary of Allotment 186, the north-western boundary of Allotment 189, the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 17601, along the northern side of a public road to and along the northern and western boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. 17601 aforesaid, and the western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 17601, crossing an intervening public road, the
