A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1956.

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 30.97 perches.Being Lot 12, Block II, D.P. 2490, being part Section 62, Left Bank Wanganui River. All certificate of title, Volume 493, folio 157, Wellington Land Registry.Situated in the City of Wanganui.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with drainage rights over parts of Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 2196, and subject as to part to the drainage rights appurtenant to Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 2196, created by memorandum of transfer No. 25783, Nelson Land Registry, for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Oxton, of Avondale, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 956, folio 182, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1956.
