In the notice published in Gazette, 20 September 1956, No. 52, page 1303, under the heading “Wholesalers' Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33 Surrendered or Revoked”, for the words “Neca Products (N.Z.) Ltd., Wellington” read “Neca Products (N.Z.) Ltd., Feilding”.

Crown Land Set Apart for Soil Conservation Purposes in Block XIV, Taramarama Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for soil conservation purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 107 acres 3 roods 14 perches.
Being Sections 7 and 8, Block XIV, Taramarama Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 107, Gisborne Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of October 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of a pleasure ground and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington by a Proclamation dated 30 July 1952 and published in Gazette, 7 August 1952, Volume II, page 1310; Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 23rd day of October 1956 for housing purposes.
