Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1956.

SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood 10·2 perches.
Being Lot 25, D.P. S.1414, being part Otorohanga No. IF No. 4B. All certificate of title, Volume 1048, folio 15, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, and Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to the land described in the said First Schedule to the building-line restriction contained in K.38169, Wellington Land Registry;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1956.

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 3 roods 22·93 perches.
Being Lots 1 to 20 inclusive, D.P. 18533, being part Section 7, Masterton Small Farm Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 344, folio 295, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject as to the land described in the said Second Schedule to a building-line restriction imposed by K. 37243, Wellington Land Registry; and as to the land described in the said Third Schedule to a building-line restriction imposed by K. 37243, and to sewerage and incidental rights over parts, created by T. 182037, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of October 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of November 1949 and published in Gazette, 8 December 1949, Volume III, page 2776, and deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as No. 4123, taking land for soil-conservation purposes, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land dealt with: 4 acres 3 roods 21 perches.
Being part Section 26, Wainuiomata District.
Situated in Block XVII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 22437.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135298 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
