Cancellation of the Vesting in the Royal New Zealand Society
for the Health of Women and Children (Sockburn Sub-branch
of the Springs-Ellesmere Branch) Incorporated, Change of the Purpose of a Reserve, and Vesting in the
Paparua County Council
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Royal
New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children
(Sockburn Sub-branch of the Springs-Ellesmere Branch)
Incorporated, and changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a Plunket
clinic to a reserve for recreation, and further vests the said

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land
described in the Schedule hereto for State housing purposes;
and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at
Tauranga and is there open for inspection; and that all persons
affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have
any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set
forth the same in writing, and send the writing, within forty
days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister
of Works at Wellington.
