Land Taken, Subject to Water Pipe-line Rights, for a Public School in the Borough of Taradale

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to water pipe-line rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 112456, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1956.

Being Lot 32, D.P. 2411, part Suburban Section 54, Meeanee. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 142, folio 259, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule to the right of way created by transfer No. 147933, Auckland Land Registry, for yards for the storage of vehicles and plant owned by the Te Puke Borough Council, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Puke as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1956.
