Wildlife Refuge in the Tauranga Acclimatisation District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
LOT 1, D.P. 17218, being parts Allotments 16 and 17, Katikati Parish, situated in Blocks II, VI, and XIII, Katikati Survey District: Area, 720 acres, more or less.
As the same is shown on the plan marked I.A. 52/309 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL the land shown on D.P. 12089, being part Ruapekapeka No. 1H 1A Block. All certificate of title, Volume 278, folio 221. Also Ruapekapeka No. 1G 1 Block. All certificate of title, Volume 282, folio 219.
Both situated in Block VI, Hukerenui Survey District: Area, 134 acres and 3 roods, more or less. As shown on the plan marked I.A. 52/288 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (M.L. Plan 11061 and D.P. 12089; L. and S. D.O. 13/1/1.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950 and of the regulations made under section 146 of the Harbours Act 1923, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for disposal under the section of the Act first hereinbefore mentioned and the said regulations.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 25 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 13, situated in Block VI, Whangaroa Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.D. 10099 (one sheet in duplicate) and deposited in the Head Office of the Marine Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road and that the said road shall be under the control of the Cheviot County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
