A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a milk-treating house; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
October 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2
roods 23·5 perches.
Being Lot 5, D.P. 4624, part Heretaunga Block. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 10, folio 171, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Hastings.

Leasehold Estate in Land in the City of Auckland Taken for Police Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto, held by James Bell Donald, of Auckland, merchant,
for a term of ninety-nine years from the 9th day of April
1878, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 387
(Auckland Registry), is hereby taken for police purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 15th day of October 1956.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land, being Lot 9 of Subsection 3 of a
subdivision into lots and subsections of Section 13 of the City
of Auckland. All land transfer provisional register book,
Volume 5, folio 35, Auckland Land Registry.
