A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, subject to a building-line restriction imposed by Order in Council No. 14554, Auckland Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to a right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 14871, Gisborne Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Henry Lawrence Cook, of Dunedin, solicitor, David Armour Kingston Shand, of Tarras, farmer, and Norman William Allan, of Dunedin, solicitor, by Douglas Styles Miller, of Momona, farmer, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 10391, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of October 1956.

Approximate area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 86 acres 2 roods 7 perches.
