PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set
apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
October 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2
roods 20·5 perches.

Being Allotment 207, Parish of Awhitu.

Situated in Block I, Awhitu Survey District, Auckland R.D.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that

set part for a secondary school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
October 1956.
