THAMES BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE AN EASEMENT OVER LAND FOR THE PURPOSES OF A PIPELINE

Notice is hereby given that the Thames Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 as amended by section 62 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1939, to take in perpetuity full and free right liberty, authority, and licence to lay, construct, place, remove, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a water pipeline and main under, along, and over the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, and to convey water in unimpeded flow through the said pipes and mains and for such purposes by its agents servants, workmen, employees, and contractors to enter upon and to pass and repass over the lands whereon or wherein the said water pipeline and main are laid, as the same are referred to in the Second Schedule hereto, with or without horses or vehicles laden or unladen, and materials, machinery, and implements to make on the said lands so described in the First Schedule any cuttings, fillings, grades, batters, or trenches and to reopen any such trenches and to lay, construct, place, remove, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, or maintain any water pipes and mains, or lay, lift, repair, and relay additional pipes and mains and to do all and singular upon or under the said lands so described in the First and Second Schedules such acts, deeds, matters, and things as the Thames Borough Council, its agents, servants, workmen, employees, or contractors may consider necessary or desirable for or in anyway in connection with the laying, constructing, placing, removing, reconstructing, cleansing, repairing, and maintaining or using such water pipes and mains and the transmission of water under, along, and over the said lands so described in the First Schedule; and notice is further given that plans of the lands so described in the First Schedule are deposited in the public office of the said Thames Borough Council situated at Pollen Street, Thames, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such right of entry who have any well grounded objections to the taking of such rights must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Thames Borough Council at its said office at Thames, i.e., on or before the 6th day of November 1956.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Murchison County Council at its meeting held on 17 September 1956 has resolved to prepare for the County of Murchison a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.

Proposals marked "Murchison District Scheme" should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the Murchison County Council Office, Murchison, on or before the 1st day of December 1956.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Greymouth Borough Council at its meeting held on the 17th day of September 1956 has resolved to prepare for the Greymouth Borough a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.

Proposals marked "Greymouth District Scheme" should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk's office on or before the 31st day of March 1957.
