HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Authorising the Dannevirke Electric Power Board to Erect and Use Electric Lines Within Part of the Waipawa County

ORDER IN COUNCIL

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Dannevirke Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto; and further, for the purpose of section 76 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, subject to the said conditions, hereby authorises the licensee to construct electric works within the said area of supply.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
2. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEMS OF SUPPLY
3. The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
DURATION OF LICENCE
4. This licence shall, unless sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 5th day of December 1971.
SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY
All that portion of the Waipawa County described in the Second Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 27th day of July 1956 and published in the Gazette on the 2nd day of August 1956 at page 1031, altering the boundaries of the Central Hawke's Bay and Dannevirke Electric Power Districts.

Authorising the New Zealand Cement Company Limited to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the County of Buller

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the New Zealand Cement Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.

In respect of the electric lines hereby authorised the licensee shall comply with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
3. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (f) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
DURATION OF LICENCE
4. Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1977.
SCHEDULE
Lines for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee's substation situated in Section 2, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction to the Cape Foulwind-Westport road and thence generally in a south-westerly direction along the roadside to the licensee's quarries situated in Lot 2, D.P. 2078, part Section 3; all being situated in Block I, Steeples Survey District, in the County of Buller; the said lines being more particularly shown by means of a red line on the plan marked S.H.D. 408 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington.
