A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electrical substation and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Riccarton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September 1956.
