A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 31·4 perches. Being part Lot 2, D.P. 2483, being part Rural Section 14845. Situated in Block XIV, Pigeon Bay Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8989.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151327 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for gravel pit purposes and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September 1956. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 3 roods 37 perches. Being part Section 34. Situated in Block XVII, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D. (S.O. 6298.)
