A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto
is hereby taken for State housing purposes subject, as to land
described in the said First Schedule, to notice of condition
as to line of buildings or hoardings K.32486, Wellington
Land Registry; and subject as to the land described in the
said Second Schedule, to notice of condition as to line of
buildings or hoardings K.32487, Wellington Land Registry;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 10th day of September 1956.

FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods
19 3 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, and 35 to 38 (inclusive), D.P. 18847,
being part Sections 2 and 17, Lowry Bay District.
Situated in Block XVI, Belmont Survey District. Part cer-
tificate of title, Volume 214, folio 250, Wellington Land
Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE
Approximate areas of the pieces of land taken:

Section 2, Lowry Bay District.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for State housing purposes, and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of
September 1956.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods.
Being part Lot 6, D.P. 24822, being part of the Loan and
Mercantile Grant.
Situated in Block III, Komakorau Survey District, Auck-
land R.D. (S.O. 37856.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151372
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
public buildings of the General Government; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 10th day of September 1956.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 12 87 perches.
Being Lot 4, D.P. 7874, being part Allotment 9, Block I,
Taumarunui Maori Township. All certificate of title, Volume
799, folio 39, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in Block I, Piopiotea Survey District, Borough of
Taumarunui.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to
drainage rights created by deed of conveyance No. 34891,
Hawke's Bay Land Registry, and subject to water rights
created by memorandum of transfer No. 60880, Hawke's Bay
Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day
of September 1956.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:
