Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block III, Otanake Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation take effect on and after the 10th day of September 1956.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:
P. Being
7·3 Part Allotment 4, Block XI, Te Kuiti Maori Township; coloured blue.
0 18·3 Part Allotment 5, Block XI, Te Kuiti Maori Township; coloured sepia.
0 16·4 Part Allotment 7, Block XI, Te Kuiti Maori Township; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block III, Otanake Survey District, Borough of Kuiti, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 36804.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146739 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of September 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to building-restriction K. 34660, Wellington Land Registry, now held for state housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences) subject to the aforesaid restriction; and I declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 3 roods 17·38 perches.
Being Lots 19, 24, 147, and 153, D.P. 18032, being part Sections 89 and 90, Hutt District. Part certificate of title, Volume 525, folio 298, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of September 1956.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken for State housing purposes:

SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for road: 2 roods 3·5 perches.
Being part Rural Section 330; coloured orange.
All situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 9010.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151326 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of September 1956.
