SECOND SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 1
Whangarei–Onerahi: All that public highway in the County of Whangarei commencing at the south-eastern boundary of the Borough of Whangarei adjacent to Lot 7, D.P. 32954, and part Whangarei Harbour Endowment, Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction and terminating at the boundary of the Onerahi Town District adjacent to part Lot 1, D.P. 24681, Suburbs of Grahamtown, Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, being a distance of 2 miles 22 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 139797 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured black.
Also all that public highway in the Town District of Onerahi commencing at the northern boundary of the said town district adjacent to part Lot 1, D.P. 24681, Suburbs of Grahamtown, Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction and terminating at a point opposite the Onerahi Post Office adjacent to the south-eastern corner of part Allotment 33, Town of Grahamtown, Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, being a distance of 2 miles 12 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 139797 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured black and green.

Revoking Declaration of Main Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be Main Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice as follows:
- (1) The public highway described in the First Schedule hereto shall cease to be a main highway.
(2) The Order in Council made on the 13th day of November 1934,* declaring (inter alia) the said highway to be a main highway, is hereby consequentially amended by revoking so much of the Second Schedule thereto as relates to the said highway.

The public highways described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be main highways within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act 1953.

This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 2A
ALL that public highway declared as the Ostend Wharf Main Highway as described in the Order in Council dated 13 November 1934.*
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 2A
Ostend–Matiatia: All that public highway in the Waiheke Road Board District commencing at its junction with the Ostend–Onetangi Main Highway opposite the south-western corner of Lot 88, D.P. 11378, Block V, Waiheke Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly and westerly direction via Wharf Road, Titoki Road, Tiri View Road, Cory Road, Junction Road, Pacific Parade, Oneroa Beach Road, and Ocean View Road, and terminating at a point on the foreshore of Matiatia Bay opposite the southern boundary of part Section 11, Te Huruhi Block, Block I, Waiheke Survey District, being a distance of 4 miles 70 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 151174 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Clevedon–Maraetai: All that public highway in the County of Manukau commencing at its junction with the Papakura–Kawakawa Main Highway opposite the south-eastern corner of part Lot 9, D.P. 5258, Block VII, Wairoa Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction via North Road and Maraetai Coast Road and terminating at its junction with the Whitford–Maraetai Main Highway, opposite the north-western corner of Lot 13, D.P. 17095, Block I, Wairoa Survey District, being a distance of 9 miles, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 150838 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking Declaration of Main Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be Main Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice as follows:
- (1) The public highway described in the First Schedule hereto shall cease to be main highway.
(2) The Order in Council made on the 19th day of April 1939,* declaring (inter alia) the said public highway firstly described in the First Schedule hereto to be main highway, is hereby consequentially amended by revoking so much of the Second Schedule thereto as relates to the said highway.
(3) The Order in Council made on the 11th day of January 1955†, declaring (inter alia) the portion of public highway secondly described in the First Schedule hereto to be main highway, is hereby consequentially amended by revoking so much of the Second Schedule thereto as relates to the said highway.

The public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be main highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act 1953.

This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 2A
ALL that public highway in the County of Franklin, the Borough of Pukekohe, and the Borough of Waiuku, declared as the Drury–Waiuku–Kohekohe Main Highway as described in Order in Council dated 19 April 1939.*
All that portion of public highway in the Borough of Waiuku declared as portion of the Drury–Waiuku–Kohekohe Main Highway as described in Order in Council dated 11 January 1955†.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 2A
Drury–Waiuku–Awhitu: All that public highway in the County of Franklin commencing at its junction with the Auckland–Hamilton State Highway opposite the north-western corner of Allotment 38, Block VIII, Drury Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly, then southerly direction through Blocks VII, XI, and XV, Drury Survey District; thence generally in a westerly direction through Blocks XIV and XIII, Drury Survey District, and Block I, Onewhero Survey District, and Block III, Maioro Survey District; and thence generally in a north-westerly direction through Blocks XIII, XII, IX, VIII, V, and II, Awhitu Survey District, and terminating opposite the south-eastern corner of Allotment 39, Awhitu Parish, Block II, Awhitu Survey District, being a distance of 38 miles 60 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 150839 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Also all that public highway in the Borough of Pukekohe commencing at the northern boundary of the said borough adjacent to Allotment 297, part Suburban Section, Pukekohe Parish, and proceeding thence generally in a southerly and south-westerly direction via Paerata Road, Edinburgh Street, King Street, West Road, and Puni Road, and terminating at the south-western boundary of the said borough, opposite the northernmost corner of Section 66, Block XV, Drury Survey District, being a distance of 2 miles 50 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 102467 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Also all that public highway in the Borough of Waiuku commencing at the eastern boundary of the Borough of Waiuku opposite the northernmost corner of Allotment 39, Block III, Maioro Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction via Kitchener Road, Queen Street, and King Street, and terminating at the western boundary of the said borough, being a distance of 2 miles 12 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 150840 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
