PURSUANT to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the memorandum of acceptance registered in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin under No. X. 15293 exempting the south-western side of the portion of Glen Road and the north-western side of the portion of Neidpath Road, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the said land within a distance of 33 ft. from the centre line of the said portions of streets, by cancelling the condition as to the building line imposed by the memorandum of acceptance, in so far as it affects Lot 2, D.P. 7648, Glen Estate, being all of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 365, folio 86, Otago Land Registry.

Authorising the Laying-off of a Street off Croydon Road in the Borough of Glen Eden, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Glen Eden Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 3 to 43 (both inclusive), of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 151112 referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of 35 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Glen Eden, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, being part of the land on D.P. 21565, being part Allotment 141, Parish of Waikomiti.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151112 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
