BOROUGH OF PUTARURU

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the
Public Works Act 1928, and the Public Works Amendment Act 1948.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Putaruru Borough Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction
of a service lane in the Borough of Putaruru; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule
hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further
given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is
deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said
Council situated in Glenshea Street, and is open for inspection
without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
And all persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such land who have any well
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections
in writing and send the same within forty days from the first
publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council
Chambers, Glenshea Street, Putaruru.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road, for which purpose the lands described
in the Schedule hereto require to be taken by the Waipa County
Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928. A
plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open to
inspection at the office of the Council, Bank Street, Te Awamutu.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in
writing any well founded objections to the execution of such
works or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing to
the Waipa County Council within forty days from the first
publication of this notice.

SPECIAL ORDER

Sale of Land Owned by Board at Glendowie

THE Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board, in exercise of
the powers vested in it by section 9 of the Auckland
Metropolitan Drainage Amendment Act 1955, doth hereby
resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special
order to effect a sale of all that piece of land set out in the
Schedule hereto and situate at Glendowie, being part of Allotment 19, District of Tamaki, and part of the land in D.P.
41459; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked A.M.D.B. No. 2220 deposited in the Board’s office.

The foregoing special order was made by way of a special
