In the matter of the Companies Act 1933 and in the matter
of Templemore Limited.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was
on the 23rd day of July 1956 presented to the said Court by
Eileen Maud Fitzgerald, of Auckland, Matron, and that the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Wellington on the 22nd day of August 1956, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order
on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the
petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of
the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on
payment of the regulated charge for the same.

and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the
Supreme Court at Wellington, and must be signed by the
person or firm or his or their solicitor (if any), and must be
served or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to
reach the above-named petitioner's address for service not later
than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the 21st day of August 1956.

In the matter of Maddens Limited (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with section
232 of the Companies Act 1933, the final meeting of the
company will be held at the office of the liquidator, 187
Hereford Street, Christchurch, on 28 August 1956, at 2.30
p.m., for the purpose of receiving the liquidator's final statement
of accounts and the proposed final distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that, after delivery to the Registrar
of Companies of a declaration of solvency pursuant to
the provisions of section 226 of the Companies Act 1933,
the company, by minute entered in its minute book pursuant
to the provisions of section 300, passed the following special
resolution on the 2nd day of August 1956:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that
Graham McIntosh, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and
he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such
winding up.”

Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up
NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of Agricultural
Enterprises Limited will be held on the 14th day of
August 1956 at which a resolution for voluntary winding up
is to be proposed, and that a meeting of the creditors of the
said company will be held, pursuant to section 234 of the
Companies Act 1933, at the offices of The Guardian Trust
and Executors Company of New Zealand Limited on Tuesday,
the 14th day of August 1956, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at
which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s
affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated
amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and
at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 235
of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator
of the company, and, in pursuance of section 236 of the said
Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
