EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding certificate of title, Volume 316, folio 84, Wellington Registry, in the name of ERIC TREVOR JOHNSTON, of Wellington, Auctioneer, for 12·87 perches, being Section 18 and parts of Sections 17 and 19 of the Provincial Government Reclamation, and being parts of Sections 7 and 8 of the land described in the Third Schedule to the Wellington Harbour Board Corporation Land Act 1880, and being also Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 6838, and application (K. 39061) having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 27th day of July 1956, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-mentioned company from £20,000 to £10,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 3rd day of August 1956.

The minute is in the words and figures following:
"That the capital of William Hannah and Company Limited henceforth is £10,000 divided into 10,000 shares of £1 each instead of the original capital of £20,000 divided into 20,000 shares of £1 each.
