A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for the development of water power
(Roxburgh Power Scheme: Lake Hawea Control); and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 6th day of August 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1
acre 1 rood 22 perches.
Being Section 54, Block I, Lower Hawea District, Otago
R.D.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing pur-
poses; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 6th day of August 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1
acre 2 roods 25·04 perches.
Being part Lot 12, D.P. 2021, being part Section 6, Omaka
Registration District.

police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of

hereby taken, subject as to Lots 1, 2, 14, 15, 16, and 17,
D.P. 8513, to memorandum of acceptance of building-line
restriction No. X17163, Otago Land Registry, and subject as
to Lots 1 to 13 (inclusive), D.P. 8513, to the rights of batter
contained in memorandum of transfer No. 199042, Otago
Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
6th day of August 1956.
