A PROCLAMATION
P
URSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent
State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Whangarei County containing 1,600 acres 1
rood 14 perches, more or less, being Sections 22, 22A, 27, 28,
and 29, Block XI, and Section 23, Block XII, Opuawhanga
Survey District, and Section 5, Block I, Whangarei Survey
District. As shown on plan No. 9/35 deposited in the Head
Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 4517, 8641, and 10051.)
Also all that area in Whangaroa County containing 337
acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being Allotments
N.E. 106, N.E. 107, N.E. 108, 109, 110, and N.W. 111, Kohu-
maru Parish, and situated in Block IV, Maungataniwha Survey
District. As shown on plan No. 5/75 deposited in the Head
Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 759 and 12570.)

of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon

Branch Railway (Stratford Deviation).
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 1-8 perches,
more or less, situated in the Borough of Stratford, being part
Section 98, Block II, Ngaere Survey District, and being all the
land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
112, folio 18, Taranaki Registry.

URSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes as from
the 1st day of April 1956 the Order in Council of the 30th
day of April 1952, published in the Gazette, 8 May 1952,
Vol. II, page 764, licensing Desmond Maurice Aston, Daniell
Wilfred Aston, Raymond Connolly, Donald Ramsay Terry,
and Charles Edward Jacobsen (trading under the style or
title of the "French Pass Co-operative"), to use and occupy
a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at
Ngamuka Bay, D'Urville Island, as shown on plan marked
M.D. 9346 and deposited in the office of the Marine Depart-
ment in Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and main-
taining a jetty thereon.
