Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of July 1956
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 28th day of June 1944 and published in the Gazette on the 29th day of the same month, at page 830, authorising Lennart Engelbert Hill, of Tutaki, Murchison, Farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect certain electric lines.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 7th day of July 1943 and published in the Gazette on the 8th day of the same month at page 744, authorising Alfred Frederick Silcock, of Thorpe, Farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect certain electric lines.
