A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of July 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 30 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 44, Porirua District, and part Lots 46 to 55 inclusive, D.P. 1975, being part Section 44, Porirua District.
Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 23474.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149537 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
LAND HELD FOR THE USE, CONVENIENCE, OR ENJOYMENT OF THE WELLINGTON–FOXTON MOTORWAY
